For the past 20 years, our family has been frequenting Bilas for delicious food, excellent service, and great value. We often celebrate our family birthdays and special occasions here, and always eagerly anticipate our visits - even the children enjoy it. Our favorite part was the fresh mango dessert.
Upon our arrival, the restaurant was not busy. We were promptly seated at our table but then left waiting for 10-15 minutes before being offered drinks, menus, and poppadums. It took another 20 minutes for our order to be taken and over 30 minutes for our food to arrive. The restaurant seemed to be focused on fulfilling takeout orders rather than serving dine-in customers, causing delays for everyone. The food was tasty, but it is best to avoid going on a busy night. No one appeared to be in charge and the waitstaff seemed disorganized.
Bolas is a very friendly environent, with welcoming staff. And a romantic calm setting. The food is lovely and acceptably priced I vote it
