I’m writing a review because I don’t recognise the other opinions. We have pizza from Basilico Sheen about once a week and it’s always excellent. The pizza arrives quickly, and piping hot. I note that we now need to order from the Basilico website directly (not through Deliveroo). The delivery drivers are polite and keep a safe distance. What Mangare17 doesn't like about Basilico:
We ordered delivery from Deliveroo and unfortunately, the pizza boxes arrived on their sides, causing the toppings to shift and revealing a undercooked base. To put it simply, it was the worst pizza I have ever had. It lacked flavor and clearly was made with no care or effort. View all feedback.
My husband and I LOVE basilico! when we are in need of a treat, it is our go to delivery order. The tracking could be improved, but overall usually very happy when we order.
Such lovely staff and amazing pizza for such a good price! I’m moving to this area soon and I can’t wait to come back. I would highly recommend.
I've been eating Basilico since they started 20 years ago. Rarely do other pizzas come close.
