Wendy's - Richmond Hill

I accidentally went through the Tim Horton's drive-thru, but it was quick. The service at Wendy's was also fast, even for a customized burger. However, the paper straws didn't work well.

This Wendy's location is consistent with what you expect in terms of food and pricing. The staff here isn't the friendliest and you may find yourself waiting to be served at times. While it's not the worst, I have visited multiple times and have never had a positive experience with the staff. The restaurant is attached to a Tim Hortons and offers plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, as well as a spacious parking lot.

Came during a weekday lunchtime and it seemed understaffed. Bought a double cheeseburger and the top bun was cold while the rest of it was hot.

The restaurant is not overly busy and is fairly clean. It is not too loud and is a great spot for dining in. It is a great place for enjoying frosty drinks.

The grilled chicken breast on the wraps used to be so good… now it is sliced, cold and rubbery. Most of the workers are quite rude and get offended when you have rewards because it takes them 5 extra seconds to click a button. Used to come here every day, wont be going
