What User doesn't like about Twisted Oak Public House:
We tend to drop in here a few times a month after our training nights with the military. I have been here five times and three out of five times items have been missed on my orders and the food arrived just slightly over room temperature. Who knows maybe the service and food is of better quality during the day time hours. Unless you are going for simply drinks I would recommend that you go elsewhere. View all feedback. Was part of a large group doing a hockey draft and the staff had their hands full taking orders for drinks and food. As far as I know everyone was pleased and I was with my dinner. I liked this restaurant better when it was C.W. Coops. The wings were much better. The last time I visited, I ordered a pitcher of beer and some fries.
The bar staff is impolite, customers are often intoxicated, and the atmosphere is more suited for regulars than newcomers.
Be cautious when ordering a beer close to closing time at this restaurant. You may be served with a side of unexpected attitude.

Others praise the homemade food and friendly staff, especially during the day. Highlights include homemade cheese sticks, pork buns, and a taco salad. While prices may be a bit high and gluten-free options limited, the cozy environment and welcoming servers make it a hit for those in the mood for comfort food. Overall, opinions on this venue vary depending on the time of day and individual experience.
