What ANDREI POP BUIA doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
This Tim Hortons in the Greater Toronto Area has the slowest service I have ever experienced. The customer service is also terrible, all they need to do is smile. The last two times I went there, the manager was yelling at their employees. You would get your coffee faster by driving to the next Tim Hortons. View all feedback.
Have been here a couple of times and have always had peaceful time while enjoying my coffee. Usually crowded over the weekend.
This Tim's has the worst service I've ever had. when my kids are hesitating what kind of sugar is the right one to pit in our coffee, a middle aged waitress with short hair yelled at my kids, very unqualified. she looks like the manager of the store, I don't know how she works in this position, she was being extremely disrespectful towards a 12 year old kid. She does not deserve this job.

Slow Service, but polite people. Unfortunately got my order wrong as well.
Common problem with drive through is they don’t normally give you what you asked and miss something, I think the problem is the person who takes an order is doing anothr job so is not concentrated to listen properly, I always need to repeat myself and at the end don’t get what I ordered which is very annoying
