Took my mom here for her birthday dinner. Reservation is required at this place due to the popularity and limited seating. The grand entrance of the restaurant immediately brings you to the Cantonese part of China. The dining area is quite spacious but due to Covid, was sparsely decorated with round tables. A party of three was not common since most tables were almost fully surrounded with big families. The menu wasn... View all feedback.
What TorontoMusicman doesn't like about The One Fusion Cuisine Jù Lóng Xuān:
A very long line to get in. They said 15 minutes at the time we arrived and them half an hour when we asked 20 minutes later. We were seated after waiting about 90 minutes. The restaurant is clean and very bright, a step above many other Chinese restaurants serving DIM Sum. The service was quite pleasant. They brought the dishes one or two at a tie so we had time to enjoy them before they got cold. Unfortunately 7 ou... View all feedback.
I ordered takeout ribs for my grandma, and it cost $30 after tax. Unfortunately, there was hardly any meat on them—mostly just bones. I really feel cheated.
My general guideline for evaluating the quality of a Chinese restaurant is based on the cleanliness of its restrooms. A strong emphasis on hygiene and attention to detail typically indicates the quality of the food. I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant; it was meticulously clean and well-kept, including the restrooms. The service was outstanding, and the food was exceptional. Everything was fresh and bursting with flavor. The portions for each dish were more than enough for a group of 12. Although the prices are a bit higher than average, they are certainly justified.
This restaurant is amazing for dim sum. The food is authentic and fairly priced. The service is top-notch and very efficient. They also have live seafood on the menu. It's a good idea to make reservations in advance.
This upscale Chinese restaurant is an excellent choice for dinner banquets. They offer Dim Sum daily starting at 9 am, featuring high-quality dishes with great attention to detail. The portions are generous, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
As soon as my partner arrived, he noticed broken dishes and dirty utensils. Despite this, he decided to order food, only to find hairs on his plate. He is Chinese and not very fluent in English, so when he tried to speak with the restaurant manager, he felt dismissed. The manager seemed to take no responsibility and even accused my boyfriend of placing the hair on the plate himself. My boyfriend ended up paying $35, and the service was awful, with rude staff.
