Second Cup - Richmond Hill

This restaurant is situated in a strip mall and is one of the older establishments with tight parking in front.

The staff at this Second Cup location are friendly and welcoming. However, Williams Pub Coffee, located across the street, is currently closed.

I am a fan of this restaurant this year because there are new owners! The service has greatly improved and the chairs are no longer damaged like they used to be.

I love this place. Great service and fresh products. Best Latte in town. Staff are so kind and lively. Extremely clean.

I don't ever write or complain about little things but my last experince at this location was horrific and I feel as though I need to share. On Friday Jan 23rd around 8:45am I went to grab my staff coffee (maybe for about 7 people) and I needed to use the washroom so I proceeded to do so, as I was walking by the staff said hi in a tone that was angry, almost like she was upset I went to the washroom also her cellphone was on the floor ringing. After I got out of the bathroom I recived a phone call and I needed to step outside because it was a personal issue at hand. While I was walking by on the phone she shouted infront of everyone in the store "are you getting a coffee"? and I replied saying yes I just gotta step out to make a call. She told me the washrooms are for paying coustomers only I said I will be right back and she rolled her eyes and stared at me through the window. This entire incident embarrsed me and I did not go back infact I took my buiness accross the street. I just feel as though this is an important issue to address; although minor it still was an expeince that has made me no longer wish to grab coffee for myself or my co workers at Second Cup ever again.
