Pita Pit - Richmond Hill

I love this place food is fresh, healthy, customized, and everything is very clean<br/ staff already knows my order as i walk in!<br/ <br/ AND i just discovered that i can get the falafel i usually order on a salad  . . . mmmmmmm :

Hours are terrible, and unsure why they still have COVID protocols (plexi glass all over need to pick toppings at cashier). Maybe a directive from new ownership of the franchise? Very inconvenient.

It's fine, it's a pita pit. Outside of the extremely unwelcoming environment, literally everything behind plexi glass and you can't even pick your toppings while they make it, you gotta do it when you order... But the low rating is because of the terrible hours. How many times have I tried to go to this place to find it's closed at 4pm? What restaurant closes before dinner time? Other pita pits are open until 8 or 10pm as you would expect. It's also closed all weekend!? 3 out of the 5 days they're open, they close at 4. I don't get it, at all. ?

Delish, Fresh, Friendly Staff. Always a clean option for a quick bite.

Delicious food and fast service, very friendly staff. I come here almost everyday now and it’s incredible! Chipotle on the grill is to die for! Yummy!
