Always fresh.Very authentic Chinese food.Great orange beef and the best hot and sour soup.All dishes are great.Well priced.Wonderful for families and large groups .Always open even during the holidays, so a great gathering place.Around for a long time and always consistently good.We have been going here for about 20 years and it is always wonderful.Everyone we recommend it to loves it.It is among many oriental restaurants and I think that it is one of the best and very well priced.

I was disappointed by the food quality and the service of this restaurant. First, we ordered a pan fried turnip cake. Surprisingly, it had a sour taste which was not supposed to have, then you knew something wrong with the cake. I then informed the waitress in a nice way to check all the turnip cakes in the kitchen. The waitress simply replied with "oh I will exchange you another one" in an emotionless face. Most of the time, the workers there were not friendly and helpful at all. The other dim sum that we ordered were acceptable though. Overall the food was ok but the service was not up to the standard at all.

I heard many great things about Omei. I was really looking forward to eating lobster even though I am not a seafood fan. Do NOT order the first lobster they bring out...the first one for our family of 6 adults and 5 kids was 12.5 lbs. The owner was very nice and explained that the lobster was $26/lb. So, we asked for a smaller lobster. They brought a 8.5 lbs lobster next. We accepted that one. They prepared the lobster in a few different ways. One way was breaded/fried, another was steamed with thin rice noodle, another was lobster fried rice. The lobster was just OK. We also ordered mapo tofu (too sweet), Cantonese chow mein (small portion and not much substance compared to Congee Wong), sweet

Went with the family to celebrate Father's Day. We decided to have dim sum instead if the regular lunch menu and were happy with our decision. The dim sum menu is large and have an excellent selections of steamed dumplings and an assortment of fried stuff. Items were fresh as they were ordered instead of picking your choice from carts going around with cold stuff. Items were tasty and reasonably priced. The restaurant is clean and service was very good and prompt. Will be back to try their dinner menu.

We just had a dinner at the restaurant, main food was king crab, it has been charged unreasonable price. the manager explain the king crab has been change average weight by 9 lb for each one, but he didn't prove the wight of the crab. so I will never go back to this restaurant, definitely this is not recommend.
