Mcdonald's - Richmond Hill

There's not much to say about McDonald's, everything is pretty average unless on a rare occasion the staff decide to work faster. The food is decent and tastes exactly as you would expect, old frozen patties that got remicrowaved. The service is really slow and they take quite a bit of time to serve even the smallest order (just a cup). Would recommend as just a location to go to if in a rush and have no other option.

I ordered via mobile app and waited longer than patrons who ordered in person after I was already waiting. They apologized as they handed my order to me. Everything was still ok at this point since my morning wasn’t busy. I noticed I received the wrong order when I got home and called in.Manager Prima picked up and went out of their way to make things right. Although the food quality isn’t the best compared to other MCD, it’s still edible and Prima’s customer service deserves 10/5 stars. She deserves a raise and recognition by McD for saving their brand image. I’ve had bad experiences at other McD and their make-it-right actions are no where close to the customer service and courteousness displayed by Prima.

McDonald’s was good. The area is very busy due to the high traffic in Walmart. Service is okay, and they fixed my order after they made a mistake in a timely fashion.

Refuse to serve me because the money that I had had a rip in it... Both serial numbers matched. It was legal currency.... I had to go without something to eat because they refused legal

Can pay through cashier or at self pay machine and a decent amount of tables inside. Employees were good.
