What Shahin M doesn't like about Epic Pita Richmond Hill:
The chicken shawarma wrap was delicious and the tahini sauce was great. However my main issue is that not only was the wrap small, it was filled with way more vegetables than chicken... View all feedback.
Good food! Fast service, the portion can be a little bit bigger! but still a decent size. Only tried chicken shawarma plate couple of times.

The staff were really nice and friendly… the food was tasty! Really good CRM and customer service by two nice ladies. Highly recommended if you like shawarma
Im not sure why I drove 50 minutes to richmond hill to get this food but i regretted it later so much. I had been to the epic pita in Brampton and it was so amazing but it was 2 hours away from me which is what brought me to richmond hill. There were two ladies that were working and 4 of us ordered food during our visit here. The ladies seemed confused to as what we were ordering and we pointed to the picture on the menu and they said okay. My friends had ordered ahead of me and they had ordered the beef shwarma plate that came with tabuli , potatoes and rice. Both my friends also wanted extra potatoes for which they paid extra for. I had also ordered the same thing but was told that the potatoes were finished. Overall this whole process took very long for them to make as one lady was shadowing the other lady and we literally saw them heat them rice in the microwave. They had also had literally only one serving potatoes which they tried to divide in both my friends portions. At the end of receiving 4 of our orders we had all opened the boxes and each box had a different size serving than the other . for example mines had more beef than my friends, and he had more rice . The worst money spent ever as the food didn’t even taste good and when i had a bite of my friends potatoe it literally tasted old and heated up in a microwave. i threw my whole portion in the garbage .
