Elephant Grind Coffee - Richmond Hill

We visited this restaurant on a Sunday morning. They don't take reservations. There were 8 groups of people ahead of us. We waited one hour for our table. We ordered a latte, smoked salmon egg benedict and ricotta pancakes. The latte was excellent and the latte art was good. The egg benedict was pretty good and the pancakes were good but nothing special. Service was okay as they were pretty busy.

Small but cozy brunch spot. Came at around 11 and waited an hour or so in line to get a table. Food was good as well as the drinks and they were served in a reasonable time. Brunch items had Asian flavors so definitely good if you have preferences for this type of Asian palette.

Stopped by on a whim and had a great brunch. Small and busy cafe but got seated right away. Good service was quick and servers were attentive. Docked on star for food as my pulled pork tasted a bit salty but I think this was due to the vinaigrette of the salad which leached into the sandwhich.

Amazing food, great ambiance and totally worth the wait. I've been meaning to try this brunch place for forever and finally made it there this weekend. The wait was 40 min so it wasn't for the faint of heart, but I'm so glad we stuck around. We ordered the smoked salmon and crab cake eggs benedict with a nutella and hojicha latte. The food was excellent. Service was also wonderful. Kyle made sure we felt welcome. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

I would give this place a 10 star if I could. Food was superb. Home fried was crispy on the outside and soft like mashed potatoes in the inside. The service! Service went far and beyond. They really know how to make customers happy. My kids shared a hot matcha, they served it in two small cups and did beautiful latter art on both cups. Thank you so much! This is a keeper!
