Always a great experience. The staff are friendly. Sometimes, they charge me a dollar extra, which is why I rated how I did. I asked, and they said it was because of the oat milk. Awful service at this location, there was only one customer in the stores and i was waiting for 15 minutes there, the guy did not even care about the customers there and not even turning to say hi or welcome ppl. Please train employees for simple basic customer service, finally i gave up and went to View all feedback.
Refused to offer anything to anyone’s birthday. Disappointment. I have been a regular customer. Not even to a loyal fan.
The persian guy Daniel is nice and has good customer service skills. He made my visit delightful, and makes nice coffee!
Apple pie was not as good as advertised, the apple inside was raw.
