Came here for the first time with my family and loved it! As an avid cappuccino drinker, it was delicious and on point! Pizza sourdough was so good and took home a rosemary/olive sourdough that was delicious! Definitely coming back! View all feedback.

I told him I didn’t want to be charged taxes for my purchase as per the Canadian law which I had showed him. When they rang up my purchase they were immediately able to adjust the register to remove the taxes. Most merchants have it programmed one way or another. But having an option on the register to remove the taxes instantly makes me wonder if he’s knowingly charging taxes when he is not supposed to. Ask for your tax that you paid for back
Super excited to find this gem of a bakery in Richmond Hill. For the longest time I was making the trek to midtown or downtown for fresh bread. Not anymore. If you like your croissants chewy and airy on the inside and flakey on the outside….this is the place for you! It’s family run and the services is wonderful. Going back on the weekend to try the coffee.
Bought a bunch of croissants and asked to have them boxed separately since they were being delivered to separate ppl. The reply was no that only 4 fit in a box....then she wanted to smash them in a bag together so I asked if less could go in a bag... then I took it further and asked if I purchased more, would they place in boxes separately. Wasted how many minutes trying to problem solve and give more business only to be met with no each time. The customer service was a total buzz kill when they are are too cheap to want to present their own pastries in a nicer way. It left a really unpleasant impression.
The local bread bakery called Crust is a hidden gem in Richmond Hill. Its artisanal bread selection is unparalleled, boasting a variety of flavors and textures. The inviting aroma and friendly staff create a welcoming atmosphere, making each visit a delightful experience. From crusty sourdough to sweet pastries, their craftsmanship shines, leaving me a loyal customer.
Today I bought 4 different kind of sweets and a bread and they are all delicious.Parking: You can park at the back of building.
