It was late night and we just wanted to share a simple dinner. We shared an order of Cantonese Chow Mien. There were few people in the restaurant at that time considering it was near closing time. We had to wait a bit for service but when it started it was okay. We always like having lots of sauce on our Cantonese Chowmien. the more expensive dishes were tasteless. You could do better at home! It took about 20 minutes to take our order. they were more interested in clearing tables than serving waiting seated customers! View all feedback.
They often go to the point where the personal calls us with names. the recognition they have for their customers is hearty and great. Eating is exquisite and the price is not too bad, and their congee is so delicious. they love the service and the atmosphere, although their waiting times can sometimes get annoyed. I ordered the shredded pork (with spicy peking sauce) in a noodle soup 6) and it was pretty good. I was still a bit hungry after, so I was on a side order of sweet w/ oyster soße 5.) service was fast and pleasant. I'm going back!
We frequent this restaurant often, to the point where the staff greets us by name. Their recognition of their customers is touching and impressive. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, especially the congee. The service and atmosphere are both excellent, although the wait-times can be a bit frustrating at times. Overall, it's an amazing experience.
I ordered the Shredded Pork with Spicy Peking Sauce in a Noodle Soup for $6 and it was delicious. I was still a little hungry afterwards, so I also ordered a side of veggies with oyster sauce for $5. The service was fast and friendly. I would definitely return to this restaurant!
Can't really go wrong at any of the congee Wongs. The food is comforting, filling, tasty, and reasonably priced.<br/ <br/ Can get busy during peak hours, so RSVP if you can!
