The restaurant formerly known as Garlauchzehe has now become the Congee House Restaurant. The menu has changed from its original offering and the portions are also smaller. The flavors are slightly above average. I would have given it 5 stars if the portion size was larger, as is common in Asian restaurants at this price point. The average price per plate is around $17. Good food. surprising to see different types of food, except congee. try it next time. not sure if they had updated the interieur from the old restaurant.
Great Chinese restaurant. Delicious and clean Chinese food. Yummy congee and a good variety of dishes. Staff are friendly and served us great, even when we arrived closer to closing. Much needed restaurant in this part of Richmond hill. Lots of parking
It worth 3.5 stars actually. Foods are in average. Price a bit high if consider the portion, but still acceptable. It’s clean, quiet, proper service.
Old style food, I love the taste, and the price is cheap, if you have time need go to try it.
