Waffle House - Richmond Hill

There is never a doubt what to expect in this chain; You will consistently find fresh breakfast food in industrial quantities at reasonable prices. The waffles women are always fun and always underpaid. It's a stereotypical greasy spoon, but one I'm always looking for. Breakfast with one side of the burned waitress who could ask for more?

Gladys is an animal and a great advantage for this facility! She cooks, cleansed tables, treated the dishes while she led her staff. She never missed a beat! The food was hot and perfectly prepared to also order with our specifications on this busy morning! We were so excited about this woman. I highly recommend this place if only for their expertise, kindness and professional attitude. She never lost her cool.

Very good place to eat. The menu is relatively small. But everything is very tasty and cheap. This place has very nice staff.

Really great experience here recently. Service was top notch. Our server and other employees were friendly and attentive above the top. The food was something of the best we had in a Waffle house. It definitely seems that this staff is working hard to please their customers. We'll be back soon.

It was good. The service is great. We've eaten here numerous times. The cleanliness needs some addressing. I understand that busy times don't always allow for it to be spotless. It doesn't take long to run a broom across a floor though. This past time as well the silverware was still not cleaned thoroughly. So we asked for plastic ware instead.
