The linen and towels were clean. The rest of the room, especially the bathroom, was below any kind of cleanliness standard, let alone pandemic standards. Breakfast was free, all pre packed, sugar and carbs, coffee was cold.

Not state at this müll! it is infested with bugs, schurken and dinge make worse, they advertise pet friendly, but at check-in they get a voucher that should have a pet in the room, there is a money penalty of 150.00 . after switching on lights in the bathroom ran over the bathroom counter. I stayed here and ask for reimbursement by a third.

That was the worst hotel I ever had. it was the middle of the night and there were no alternatives available so we stuck. the room was extremely dirty and smells like smoke. bedbugs were found on the morning as well as all dirty towels. no one in the room was clean. we tried to get in touch with the manager 5 times after our stay, but our personal try and call never came back. I have pictures of the room, but this platform doesn't let me post. trust me, you probably don't want to see her. plan ahead, so they don't land in this hotel.

I spend a lot of time traveling and staying in hotels. travel is something I enjoy for work too). I stayed in more expensive hotels, and even some I didn't get much sleep. I have to say the hands down, this hotel is the best hotel in which I stayed. from customer service to consideration of gast, willingness, accommodation, cleanliness, timely response to the small things, it is location and most of the staff here are amazing). everywhere on board this hotel has some of the best management / organization skills I have seen. a thing I liked most was management on the floor personalizing) with gas, of course. not only a paint it creates a feeling of comfort and tells them it is a safe environment, they can now step back and relax. Meanwhile, as the children enjoy the pool, the adults can enjoy the cute outdoor terrace. a great place!

Beware! dirty! disgusting! 0 star we booked 2 rooms when we met friends for the night. the rooms were disgusting! it was so bad that our friends went out early. the management should be ashamed of how dirty and terrible this quality gas house was. there were dirt all over the floor, the toilet had a ring of dirty mist in it, the bath looks like it was never cleaned. unfortunately we arrived at 2 o'clock after the drive for 5 hours exhausted and could not find another place to stay close. to finish it at 4 o'clock, someone cracked at our door. that woke up our 7m old and my 4 years old had feared. the ban continued until my man finally got up to go to the door. a hooker was at our door and asked if she had the right room! the photos online are a lie, the place is old and sketched. we just had to sleep in the car. I have never stayed in my life in such a disgusting place. my skin just crawl over it.
