I ordered food online and it took them a very long time to prepare my order. There doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency in this place. Save yourself time and don't bother eating here.
I placed an online order for delivery, but the order that arrived was not mine. I contacted Wing Stop and they put me on hold, saying they would figure it out. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I called back and they told me the same thing. I was put on hold again for another 20 minutes. I called back again, but they were not helpful at all and just kept me on hold.
Always fast, always fresh, always dependable. Working in the car industry, there are times where I won’t get home until 9:00pm, and even 10:00pm. I can always count on the night crew at this location to deliver when I need them to. Portion sizes are consistently excellent, food temperature is consistent, and flavor is always top notch. This location does not hold back on the seasonings, unlike many locations I’ve been to over the years. The restaurant is always clean, and the employees are always friendly and attentive. This has been our go-to location for several years, and will continue to be for years to come.
Pathetic customer service.
The kids that work here just chilling and laughing while supose to be preparing. Took forever. They can't talk and prep at the same time. Watching the whole thing. I indeed on app at 1:20 got food at 1:50
