The app has given precedence, but they did not come to deliver how directed. once, had to wait. 3 cars ahead, don't eat hot. it took 30 minutes. was tasty, but had to heat up at home.
This location is chronically understaffed. The stalls are not usually open, so just go to the drive-through. The food is okay. It took us 30 minutes to get the food after waiting in the stall and being told to go through the drive-through. They need more people working at the location.Edited to add: our whole family got sick from the food tonight. I won’t make the mistake of going there again.
Everything about our experience at the restaurant was fantastic - the service, attitude, and the rest of the meal. However, the Sonic burger we received was only lukewarm. I'm not sure if the toppings were stored at a very cold temperature and affected the patty, or if the patty was undercooked, but it was not up to the usual standard I would expect from Sonic. We ate the burger immediately after receiving it, so timing was not the issue.
The food that was served was not fresh, particularly the fries. The server was disrespectful and unhelpful. I had to request a fresh order of fries twice, which resulted in her displaying an attitude. I would not recommend this restaurant as the customer service was poor and my experience was terrible!
