Classic! Loved the tang of the Sichuan chicken (sinus clearing, but not nuclear spicy) and the handmade noodles with vegetables had lovely texture and tasty mushrooms interspersed throughout. Very friendly service View all feedback.
What Jiahong Pan doesn't like about Sichuan Fusion:
This is one of the best place for sichuan spicy food. Good service and they also have ice cream on the house if you pay cash: I will definitely recommend this place if you like spicy food: View all feedback.
Ok, I ordered to go but it was freaking delicious. I don't know what possessed me to order the Salted Pumpkin with Egg Yolk. I hate pumpkin, but I just instinctively knew that if I got it from this place I'd love it. I was right. The salt balanced out the sweetness of the pumpkin perfectly. The pumpkin was light and fluffy as was the crisp and crunchy batter. Very large portion. I also got the scallion pancakes which I was craving. Very good as well. Almost a meaty texture. Looking forward to trying more.
All the foods were great. If you like spicy Chinese food, this is the place to go.
One of the better chinese eateries in the bay area with reasonable prices too. The dishes are flavorful dishes, especially the pickled pepper fish, szechuan spicy fish, and pickled string beans with pork, the stir fry battered fish, and the chonqing pepper chicken. My parents think it tastes authentic so that’s all I need to know. The aforementioned dishes are *spicy*, so specify mild if you have a low tolerance
Perfect flavors for you to try the Chinese food , the ambience and service is amazing as well… must try restaurant for Chinese food ? ?
Super fun lunch with a friend who introduced me to this restaurant in the Ranch 99 complex. We shared the salt and pepper tofu, Sichuan style twice cooked pork bacon, spicy garlic eggplant, crispy noodle chicken and pan fried chive turnover.Everything was super fresh and steaming hot. The tofu fried to perfection and soft silky inside. We agreed to try item we had never had before and the twice cooked pork bacon and crispy noodle chicken were two of those items. The pork was very flavorful with the perfect heat level, and the crispy noodles under the layer of delicious chicken, mushrooms and fresh Vegis lent the perfect texture. The chive turnover was a fun dish. Our server, and everyone at the was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. Two things to know, parking can be a challenge as it is a busy area (there are multiple restaurants and shops in the complex, plus Ranch 99) and if you pay in cash, you get a free mini ice cream.
