Interesting spot with great ambience. Food was nice, but excepted a bit more elegance, particularly when paying £55 per person for afternoon tea. Service was ok. Poor signage/instructions as afternoon tea is not in the Teahouse as sold, but instead next to the garden shop, which resulted in us and others waiting around in the wrong area. View all feedback.
Poor service. Ugly standard teapots. Sugar served in packets. For £45 each it was a waste of money and disappointment.
Brilliant afternoon tea. The food was delicious and the service perfect Amazing choice of sandwiches and cakes. Just loved it
The place was freezing with not heaters. The afternoon tea was sadly very disappointing. It was below poor. The price is not below poor but the food is. Please do not go for afternoon here as it’s a sheer waste of money time and taste buds. Nothing was tasty, not the sandwiches, not the cales not the scones. I hope they stop afternoon tea.
Nice atmosphere and personal. eating was really nice, but not quite 5 stars. would recommend to a friend!
Beautiful environment, gorgeous flowers, beautiful eating presentation, and very friendly staff. I had no special cripples.
