Contribute FeedbackDespite some negative experiences with cleanliness, customer service, and hair found in food, the consistent quality of Wendy's offerings such as burgers, chili, and frostys, as well as the friendly staff, have kept customers coming back for more. On the other hand, some have complained about the lack of friendliness from staff and instances of being overcharged. Overall, Wendy's seems to have a loyal customer base that continues to enjoy their affordable and satisfying menu items.
Ordered chicken strips and a burger from this location through SkipTheDishes. The chicken strips were so overcooked that you couldn 't eat them, I could only SNAP them in half! I wouldn 't feed them to my dog in fear of cracking her teeth! I 've NEVER, ever seen anything like it, and I 'm 64. Phoned and spoke with the East Asian manager, she said it probably happened in the car while being delivered, obviously doesn 't care, refused to replace the order. What an ignorant response. Maybe the Skip driver had a deep fryer in his car? LOL! Will never eat at Wendy 's again. Emailed the corporate office, they said I would hear back from the restaurant. I didn 't. Sometimes, it just takes an experience like this to turn you right off of a company, and this was that time. That manager needs to be fired!
My family discovered two pieces of hair in our burger at this restaurant. The hair was visible laid across the receipt, and one even had a piece of food stuck on it. This was completely unacceptable and disgusting. Although my mother was the one who ordered this time, I am personally very disappointed that this happened at one of my favorite fast food restaurants. We don't eat fast food frequently, so when we do, we only visit our preferred places. Looks like we'll have to find a new spot. Recently, A&W has been quite good.
The location is great, the restaurant is extremely clean and pleasant inside. The food menu is impressive, and Wendy's is always my top choice.
I came in for a cold drink, thinking it would be a simple enough task. However, when I placed my order, the staff member spoke quickly and robotically, then abruptly asked me to pay for my order. In all my years of dining out, I have never been told to pay in such a direct manner. Although I had no issue with paying, I felt that the interaction was rude and undeserved.
I went there with my friends for dinner. The store is nice my food was hot and my lemonade was good with wild berry
