Contribute FeedbackDining at this establishment offers a blend of highs and lows. While the matcha white mocha and soba received rave reviews, issues with service and communication marred the experience for many. Patrons reported rudeness from staff and long wait times, with some even feeling ignored. The ambiance, particularly during high tea, was praised for its charm, though the seating arrangement of tatami mats proved uncomfortable for older guests. With a vibrant menu and beautifully presented high tea sets, the restaurant shows potential, though improvements in service and seating options are needed for a more enjoyable visit.
The cashier was extremely rude and does not understand English. I need to repeat my order four times. We need to order up, we need to find our own seat, also I said the short chubby long hair server that I had already booked. She just ignored us and kept talking to other girls. No customer in the line, only 2 customers in the whole restaurant. No services, no way asked us for 15% tips?! Food quality was the worst last year.
A bit disappointed by the seats as on tatami. My sister-in-laws were in their 70s and I felt bad that they had crossed their legs all the time when we were there. They were unable to stretch their legs until the end of dinner
Love the Poke soba! The matcha chocolate drink was better than expected.
The utensils were delivered after the food has been sitting on table for at least five minutes and the noodle were soggy to the point we didn’t really need to chew. On top of that, the server didn’t even bother to ask us how everything was, not even once... very disappointing. The broth is a lot more saltier than before and the portion is smaller than what we had compare to last time too.
The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. I really enjoyed having dessert while catching up with friends.
