The prime rib is very tender and flavorful. The billy miner?s pie is the best ice cream cake I?ve ever had!!!! I would definitely come back just for the ice cream cake! Someone tell me that I am wrong, but I swear it's changed management and cooks! We were 7 in our party. Three meals out of 7 were of poor quality. Two of our orders were hamburgers which were dry and hard to chew. The third was a steak which was chewy and dry. In two meals we found a hair. We have been going to the keg for 10 years and this time we all agreed it's no longer on our list. View all feedback.
The host at the reception does not possess basic etiquette. Did not greet or acknowledge when I arrived and mentioned I got reservation.We ordered a stand a lone Caesar salad but I have to say the portion is toooo little.Kid-friendliness: Has kids meal
Dinner and the service were phenomenal. Wonderful experience start to finish and each dish impressed.I will say,one of the best meals we had in a long time. Can’t say enough good things about the experience here. Our server was Robert,he was an absolute delight to have take care of us.will be back soon.
The Keg is standard fare for steaks.. we’ve never had an issue with the cook on the meat but sometimes their appies can be hit or miss. The lobster bisque was not warm enough and you could even tell by the picture of the mushrooms Neptune that it could have used a bit more time under the broiler.I was happy to see that the bread came with the cheese butter without needing to request for it. For a while it was only by request so that was a nice change.
Celebrating my son’s BD. He ordered a lot for us! The prime ribs 14 oz was too much but Ok, the rib steak was hugh and yummy to young man! I enjoyed their crusted salmon with mushroom rice!
Great food, service and environment. We went as a big group (20+ , and the restaurant reserved a more private area for us without arranging customers in the nearby tables. I thought that's a thoughtful arrangement. Staff are very friendly. I like their lobster dish.
