The fried chicken here are the best i’ve had compared to other fried chicken chains. And the price is reasonable. Staff are very helping and seems to always try to serve customers fast. Particularly Jerald was very nice to us. ?

The chicken sandwich is our favourite and we tried the fried chicken for the first time today and loved it. Best of all, this location is always super clean and the manager Jerald is super welcoming. Great place.

The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. I ordered a platter and ended up being charged for both a fountain drink and a bottled drink. It feels like the cashiers, particularly a woman named Precious, aren’t paying much attention. I almost walked out before another employee noticed that I had been incorrectly charged for the bottled drink that I didn’t even receive alongside my fountain drink. Now I’m out a few dollars, which isn’t a huge deal and doesn’t affect the quality of the food, but I do wish they had better procedures for taking orders. When I request a root beer in a combo that includes a fountain drink, it would be helpful if they simply asked to clarify.

I visited this branch to plan my son's birthday party, and I was very impressed. The general manager and the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and patient throughout the process. I am very pleased with the service they provided, especially the great deals they offered me. I highly recommend this place! Additionally, it’s very fresh and kid-friendly.

We ordered the chicken nuggets combo, and they were incredibly delicious. The meat was juicy, and the breading was perfectly crunchy. The mashed potatoes were also delightful, especially since the gravy had more spices than KFC's. They offered two dipping sauces, and the blackened ranch was absolutely tasty! Additionally, the staff was friendly and efficient.
