Business owner please instruct employees there, do not use fingers to touch the inside part of the box lips. It's not the first time I've witnessed that issue, I am a frequent diner at RC and I love the quality of fries there.This is not even covid concern related, it's a serious hygiene issue! The fries is soggy because of the moisture trapped in the box after 5 mins drive back to home. The old way make the fries more enjoyable..today ordered the fries..all wet...so disgusting. You guys charge more than mcdonald. The fries is soggy..totally unacceptable.
Went here today for lunch and ordered one of their hot dogs. Server was ok but didn't have any enthusiasm, which is fine. 2 stars is for the hot dog giving me bad diarrhea. I knew it was the hot dog because I ate nothing else before and after
