Neptune Seafood Restaurant - Richmond

Bad/ slow service good food depend on day and what you ordered/ set menu is the way to go for big group and maybe add extra items a tad over priced family

Price/quality (0/4): Food here generally tastes pretty good but on my most recent visit, I saw a cockroach on the counter, which the hostess then squished

The food was ok but for the price it wasnt worth it that much. Small king crab and the peking was good.

First day to try after they closed for 1.5 months, price going up and foods not good as before, not enough waiter .. Very disappointed

There are dozens if not hundreds of restaurants in Richmond. Much competition exists for Chinese dim sum places and they have to be good to survive. I'm surprised this place survives. First time visit and it was unimpressive. The food we ordered during dim sum was ok, no real complaints; but the service and ambiance was cold and brusque. This is jarring when compared to the many good quality restaurants surrounding Neptune. As decent as the food was, it's important to enjoy the ambiance....and it lacked.
