A friend recommended this place and sent me the location on Google maps- apparently it is relatively new as the satellite view showed an undeveloped island with no road in the middle of the Fraser River. It is quite popular and I thought the drinks to be on the pricy side. The Brussel Sprout appetizer is unique and delicious, the tacos are OK too. Service is great. On the Friday evening we went it did get a little noi... View all feedback.

Discovered this after trying out the new Arbutus Greenway cycle path. The path is great! The setting for the restaurant is good, looking out over the river & watching planes come & go. The staff were very friendly & helpful, my steak was a little to under cooked for me & it wasn't a problem to get it cooked a little more. But really just pub food, burgers, steaks & chips. Maybe we just ordered the wrong things. View all feedback.
Good food_Well priced_Busy on Sundays! Make a reservation _Servers seemed a bit overwhelmed when busy _Nice interior
Bar food usually isn't always the bestBut I had a great experience.
If been here a few times because it's near my bf's place of work and it's also by the end of the new CN railway track converted into a bike lane/route.
My husband & I had gone out to Milltown a couple of times in the past but the wait time for a table was always so long that we went elsewhere. We finally had a chance to try Milltown this past weekend and it did not disappoint. We came early (5:00-ish) with our kids (11 & 8) and although it was very busy, we managed to get the last table on the patio (sunny side). They have a fantastic kids menu and it's very reasonably priced; the portions were perfect for them as well. Wine bottles are 25% off on Saturday nights. My husband and I shared the calamari and a burger and both were great. The burger was juicy, flavourful and perfectly char-grilled and totally satisfied my burger craving. Our server was busy but was still attentive. The location is unique; the address is apparently still in Richmond but from Richmond you have to drive over the bridge to get there. It's right along the river and you get a great view of the planes coming in for landing and boats going down the river. All in all we were very impressed and will definitely return - with or without the kids :-)
