Mcdonald's - Richmond

One of the best mcdonalds sites,design of business is very nice eating is also good. the service is fast and the staff is nice. this branch is larger and also offers space for children. it is clean. it can have to do. driving through is not so busy in the way, though.

Probably the best mcdonald’s in richmond, especially to sprinkle. I had two mistakes after having eaten there for years once a week, and both males were fixed the problem immediately. the employees are nice and easy to treat, were a little annoying about mask theatres during the Vavian pandemic cache, but were never rude or aggressive, so it is not enough to guarantee a loss in the assessment. Today it's like usual, and I'm still not a problem.

One of the two drives by stands was closed. waited for 10min without moving before I drive through the line and left. executives should pay more employees instead of taking huge bonuses, so that locations can work efficiently

Just came from this place and was really disappointed by their bad lack of organizational skills from the workers and wait long to get their food. I ordered my eating online through the app that they continue to promote yo speed up the process of waiting, but I do not recommend to choose their order by drive-thru. they do not know how to take and give their order from the app they use correctly, and I guess there is a lot of brain power through the staff to understand everything. I had to wait for my command for 15 minutes on the car thru and when the girl finally came out, she asked me what my order was. are they fooling me?! no matter, do not go through the running gear thru when they use the app and they should take the award that this location has received in the last year or whenever it was gone. a lot of luck out there!

This is the poorest run McDonald's in Richmond. Every time I place a mobile order it is NEVER accurate. The food is always just warm and doesn't seem to be fresh. If you are in the mood for McDonald's I would not do it here!
