Contribute FeedbackVisitors to the restaurant have expressed dissatisfaction with various aspects of their experience. Complaints range from lack of parking due to delivery trucks, being charged for a cup of water, and receiving incorrect orders. Despite attempts at unique serving methods with bulge-like hard drives, inconsistencies in service execution have left customers frustrated. Issues such as cold food, missing receipts, and incorrect items continue to mar the dining experience. One diner even encountered problems through the drive-thru, receiving the wrong coffee order without a napkin. These recurring problems suggest a need for improvement in customer service and consistency at this restaurant.
Great breakfast burritos and salsa. Also had their hash brown and pomegranite and blueberry smoothie. Everything was great!
Wow, bad, bad McDonald's,First I could not find parking as they blocked off about 8 stalls expecting their delivery truck. I don't understand why the truck needs to park in the stalls as there is plenty of space in the parking lot itself. It took the truck only a few minutes for it to unload anyway. Then the big whopper. When I placed my order and asked for a cup of cold water, cashier told me it would cost me $0.25 for the cup. I get the cup free only if I buy a drink. Otherwise, cashier told me to buy a bottled water. Holy smokes. That cup probably cost them $0.03 cents to buy. BTW, we are talking about just another plastic cup; nothing special. Is this even legal? This restaurant should pose a big BYOC sign; Bring Your Own Cup. Is this legal within the McDonald's world? If so, McDonald is indeed a bad corporate citizen trying to force customers to buy bottled water. If not, this rogue manager needs some correction. And then there is the usual burnt English muffin, despite a request to not burn it. The scrambled eggs for the big breakfast must be from pigeon eggs. Tiny. Is this place all about profiteering?Anyone with similar experience here? Or did I just catch these guys on an off day?
I was very disappointed by the taste quality of the McLobster which was recently introduced in Western Canada. The taste was bland and slightly fishy. It did not have a pleasant seafood taste or smell. It was not as bad as the Subway version though.
Very good menu for afternoon snack...I love it always. Parking lot available and family friendly environment.
Food is typical McDonald's foodThere's parking at back of restaurant but usually full during peak hours.
