McDonald's - Richmond

Mcdonald’s. not much here. eating is as good (or bad) as they think it is. fabulous terrible for us. service was good at this place.

We drove the door with a great order when there stopped what he did and rushed to take almost everything and help us to our car. When I came to the car and returned what I had to get the rest of my food, he even came and opened the door for me. he might not have been a big thing, but for us it was so friendly and well-kept. Thank you! we were grateful for you today! if we are ever back in richmond, we will be over and hope to see it again!

Edited: after I did not go to this place, I decided to go back. I went twice this month, and so far the service is much better! customer service is friendly and has our orders right. previous contribution: I finally got it with this mcdonald’s! I often go here because it's the closest of my house. I rarely get something for me, that's always for the kids. the drive thru service there is really terrible, I always ask for no straws, no spices and no toys in the happy meal and they make me feel that I am an inconvenience for them! my 3 children also don't need plastic toys and 3 of the same thing! but they still put a toy in them. this one time I saw in the happy meal boxes to make sure there are no toys left before the and if there is a toy I tell them to take it back and they will not say that it is in the box already and it is kovid related, I tell them that I do not touch so that these dame I recognize that is always rude, every time I see them falling out of the rough bag taking the toy. I didn't say anything at that time. other paints I have ordered a regular meal for one of children, I get medium apple juice, but they give me a little and I need to correct them. there are other things she did, but this time I finally had it when she hired me, cut me off when I spoke, and fed the BBQ sauce into the happy pie when I told her I asked for bbq and not sweet and sour. I had to talk to the manager about her this time! I was so angry that I was held back because I didn't think I was telling the manager why I was so angry with the special lady that served me! I’m a mother of three, two with special needs, I don’t need anyone to judge me, especially when I get to eat for my children! these and most employees don’t even seem happy to work there if they don’t have the pressure or stress that they should not do to this job! No one forced them and if they need to work bc of circumstances, then they shouldn’t get their personal business to work!

I was just going through the road. came to home with cheeseburger without cheese and starwberry milkshakes that taste funky. normally a ok mcdonalds so today may not visit the best day

Came today bought 2 happy meals and mcchicken meal asked to park for unsalted fries. I asked for all the drinks no ice came with ice i have to come inside to return the drinks because the guy who delivered my order worked in front i dont understand why i have to come in. My sandwich looked old with very little lettuce.
