I eat here almost every time I am in Richmond. This time, I brought with me some friends that I was vacationing with. They found it to be a bit of a culture shock as they were the only Caucasian diners in the restaurant. I always order the Sukiyaki Hot Pot. What User doesn't like about Manzo Itamae Japanese Restaurant:
Own parking with limited spots. Place and service are good. A lot of choices and menu with pictures. Easy to make orders. Food is not bad but so so. The main issue is the food came a way too slow. May not come again. View all feedback.
We decided to try it as we drove past this place many of times and we were very happy with the food and service we had and we will certainly be coming back here again.
We experienced very Slow service. When coupled with average food it results in an experience that is Not so special. Would not return.

The prices are not too bad either.
If you are looking for an authentic Japanese Restaurant this is the place. Good variety and reasonable prices. Suggest a reservation after 6:30.
Despite on other negatives reviews, we gave a try for Manzo. All our dishes were excellent, it was really good quality food. Excellent service. Thank you!
