Been about 10x's Pho is great, lots of options. Parking is ok, not great. Waiting to be seated happens once in while. Staff is good. Sometimes for get items, but bring them rightaway. Tables a little close together. The building atmosphere is kinda boring, has 2 or 3 Tv's playing sports ( not sure why, dont need them) Price is good for the food. Not really a first date or Business meeting. View all feedback.
Para quem gosta de comida vietnamita é uma boa pedida e com um preço acessível. Peça a comida sem pimenta e tempere depois a seu gosto.

I stopped for lunch at this place which I am well acquainted. The food as usual is very good. On a wonderful summer's day out on the deck I enjoyed the house special vermicelli (B9). That included the Lotus special fried rolls, grilled shrimp paste wrapped in sugar cane, and minced beef wrapped in Betel leaves all for $11.95, including the green tea. It was a good choice for a summer day. The staff is always was pleasant and efficient. You do not wait long for your meal at lunch. I recommend a place for good quality meal at a reasonable price.
Papaya salad was fantastic. Fresh and flavourful. Really good brisket pho and the side order of steam veggies came in a delicious broth. Good value for money. Place was packed.
Recommended by a coworker and realized it is actually really close to where I live. Ordered seafood pho, lotus salad, and papaya salad. The dressing for both salads are so good. They are fresh and light. Seafood pho has great stock. I highly recommend Lotus as your first Vietnamese restaurant in Richmond.
