IHOP - Richmond

This was an absolute disgrace. We were with a tour group and despite having been advised of food allergies they tried to serve a set menu to all. The management refused to even attempt to accommodate the people concerned even though the meals had been pre payed. There was French toast served up and when one person was allergic to eggs and asked for a piece of ordinary toast, it was all too much trouble because "they've already been plated". For those people that could eat everything the food was cold, the bacon over cooked and the toast hard and cold. The wait staff were unpleasant and the management equally unhelpful. Would never set in this place willingly. Recommend you stay away. I wouldn't even rate it with one circle if that was an option.

Had an I Hop breakfast included with our accommodation at Accent Inn Richmond. The orange juice, eggs, French toast & pancakes were tasty but the sausages had an unpleasant taste and the bacon was all dried up, way too salty & was like eating a crunchy chip. The waitresses were very lovely, professional & efficient.

Good food but was surprised when I saw the bill. $82 for four people to have breakfast. Good service though and food was decent.

Sunday morning breakfast was generally good, but not a good choice for a quick meal. Servers did their best, but it was crowded and frustratingly slow. Better choice when you're not in a hurry to get anywhere else.

I was staying at the Accent Inn and just wanted to grab something to take to my room. Had the Monte Cristo and fries. It was very tasty and the fries were not soggy (that can happen with take out). Prompt and friendly service.
