The ramen noodle was quite good and the necessary el dente texture. The pork was very good, while the miso soup base was not inspiring and generic. Service was good in this sparse dining room, with Cantonese TV programming on the screen! Can't deny the demographics in this area, but this is supposedly a Japanese cuisine restaurant. Not a must return restaurant, instead a ramen satiating restaurant.
