Wow, I haven't had Indian food this good in a long time. Friendly staff, a full menu and everything my wife and I had was delicious! Definitely a must if you are in the area. View all feedback.
What Teagan Zulauf doesn't like about Ginger Indian Cuisine:
Not a bad drive from the hotel, but not walking distance from most hotels in Richmond. Hotel employee said, "the best Indian food in Vancouver". Not quite, by a long shot - but maybe there aren't any really good Indian restaurants in Vancouver. Worst part - no warning they didn't serve alcohol. How do you eat Indian food without beer. Anyway, appetizer we selected was totally unappetizing, but our two entrees pretty... View all feedback.
Heard about this place from a friend and decided to try as only had been to one other popular Indian restaurant in Richmond. The waitress was a bit cold and never once asked if the food was good or if we needed anything. The staff needs a course on being personable. However, we were there for the food and I had the chicken vindaloo which was very good but could have used a bit of colour as it was just chicken in a brown sauce and plain rice. My husband had the Kadai chicken which was fine and had a few more vegetables. The portions were large with plenty of chicken and had to take home the rest. Also, had the garlic naan for a dollar more. Naan was very good and light. We would come again. We didn't see an alcohol menu?
Pedimos el vegan lover (que consisten en dos platos elegidos por el chef) y lo sirvieron rápido. Hizo falta otro de arroz pero cuesta 1'5$. Los platos incluyen un platito de arroz.Repetiría, así que lo recomiendo
I've been here twice already and both times I've had a great experience! Food is delicious! Servers are friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back!
Excellent food and the tastiest Kachumber next to home made. Lots of naan and some delish food. Chai was slow but good. Not the greatest ambiance, kind of like greasy spoon Indian, but who cares
Location, appearance and service don't do justice to the chef's food. They close from about 2.30 - 4 PM.
