What User doesn't like about Fairmont Vancouver Airport:
Being the only in-terminal hotel certainly means an extraordinary location. However, I’ve found that the service is not up to the standard of other fairmont locations. I’ve stayed many times, but I won’t forget calling and asking for luggage help only to be told that it was “too late” and no one was available. Rooms: 4 Service: 2 Location: 5 View all feedback.
Location Location Location! You don't get closer accommodation to your early morning flight then the Fairmont. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. My room was starting to show a little wear, but nothing serious. They would have higher stars if they got rid of the horribly perfumed bath products. Once opened, I had to cover the soap bar with a towel because the perfume from it was so overwhelming I nearly had to ask for another room! I really enjoyed the plane spotting guidebook in the room. What a fun way to make the most of your Location Location Location!
Beautiful, clean hotel. The location was perfect for our vacation because we left from the airport to our first destination. The front desk employees were helpful and very friendly.
