Sanbo serves large portions of Cantonese cusine at very reasonable prices. Their speciality is soy chicken and should be pre-ordered when making a reservation (very busy). Staff are courtesy and professional. Quick and efficient service. Usually, a house soup and dessert is included with dinner. View all feedback.
What إسلام الشريف doesn't like about Excelsior Restaurant:
I was in Brighouse Square to extract some money from the TD Bank's ATM and decided on something on rice ending up at the Sanbo Restaurant. The curry beef brisket on rice was a good choice. I haven't enjoyed curried beef brisket that succulent and flavorful for I don't know how long. The curry was neither too hot nor too mild. View all feedback.

Located in the Empire Square in Richmond , been in business for a while , lot of parking , not a big place but very good size for restaurant , little dirty but packed all day , it is my first visit , we arrived for out later lunch for six of us , one of our client strongly recommended this restaurant . server very friendly got us a large tablet for ten people , no problem she told us , we will have more room to move around , menu over size , too many items , from Asian to Western .their signature dishes is the Soya Chicken , and Pork Bone Noodle Shop ,from 11.30 am to 5 pm , your choice of two topping also a hot drink , for under $15 , great value , dinner at night the dishes are very expensive , average $20 and up , it is too early for dinner and later for lunch , so my staff just order their own personal dishes from their Lunch Special Menu , my curry beef brisket on rice very tender not spicy at all , and the Manager come over to our tablet tell us we got to try their famous Soya Chicken they so fresh just ready to sever , also the Sweet Sour Pork , it is my flavour Chinese dishes so why not , Wow , the manager is right , so fresh delicious , the chicken so tender truly impressed absolutely amazing , my sweet sour pork is for my dinner to night , looks yummy , very affordable for lunch , looking forward to try their dinner one day .
Friends took us there for dinner. Our first time to sample the famous king crab cooked in 4 ways. Loved every single ways of cooking. 1st steamed king crab legs and claws with ginger and spring onions. 2nd steamed legs and claws with garlic. 3rd KC body fried in chef’s special sauce. 4th way: baked KC shell with fried rice in Portuguese sauce. All delicious. Also their famous free range chicken in soya sauce was very yummy. The layered bean curd with mixed mushrooms was a bit oily, overall we had a great meal.
This is a tiny restaurant located within the empire square It is always difficult to find a parking space in the weekend The restaurant is somewhat small but is always crowded The main attraction is the excellent food quality they served, the service is nonexistent especially when they are busy.....they don't even have time to come and pour tear However the soya bean sauce chicken is delicious, it appears to be a must for any customer who goes through the door...... if you want to have a taste of it phone and reserved your order or come early before the diner rush We also have a hot pot which consists of scallops, tofu and egg plant.....it is delicious Will come again for diner .... please take note....they close on Tuesday
