Eggspectation Richmond

Service was great. The server went out his way to offer us to put our cake in the refrigerator and let us know that when we celebrate a birthday, we get free pancakes. The food was good and standard. Poutine was delicious!

What an absolute disappointment. My husband and I are early risers, so on weekends it is usually difficult for us to find a place open so early, that is not Denny. But when we got some breakfast points, we saw that Eggspectation was open at 7:00 and we were ecstatic as the photos looked fantastic... it's KLICK BAIT! We arrived at 8:15 and there weren't many people in the restaurant. There were a lot of options from the food and beverage menu, so we ordered our drinks first, the green light, while the food menu... they came back and said that they ran out of spinach well this idea, so my husband got an ABI and coffee I had got their grapefruit juice. Then, to my disappointment, they did not have the Waffle Bacon Benedict on the menu, but they had it on their online menu, so I was already disappointed. In the end, my husband ordered the chicken waffles, with one side of bacon and a fried egg. Please do not order these items if you go there. There were chicken tenders ', but ended as a whole chicken breast with less than attractive batter, a small part of syrup, a boiled poultry egg and its famous Belgian waffle, which should probably not be called famous the bacon on both ends was 't even close to being crispy when everything it was soggy and he had only a refill on his coffee, although it was 't busy. The High Rise Pancakes, was absolute garbage, no amount of syrup could save those pancakes. It crumbles from being so dry, even if it was undercooked, the quality of the sausage seems as it came from the dollar shop and again, the bacon, ugh. Because what they charge for these meals is absolutely freeway. If you're food like us, avoid this place if you can Denny 's would be better than this place!

For us easy to find, they had plenty of space to sit and it looked bright and clean. also lost from place to park. what we ordered quickly, the smoothies were delicious, the amount was good. I was happy with my eggs and pancakes. my bf ordered the lobster melette, he gave it a 4/10.

Eggspectation founded in Montreal in 1993. Now it has 7 branches in Montreal, 5 in Quebec, 1 in BC. ? I cannot recommend this restaurant if you are in Richmond or around. The atmosphere and surroundings are almost neat. The washrooms weren't so clean. Women's washroom was like something exploded.? The servers tried to be nice, but they were not professional and you do not feel right compared to many restaurants in downtown or even Burnaby are served. ? For brunch it meets your expectations and in general the taste of food is not good. I can't recommend anything special.

It was our first time here and was very pleased with out dining experience. Our server was amazing and I loved their scrambled eggs, their pancakes, and just the variety of things they offer on their menu. Bit disappointed with their iced tea, there wasn?t much ice in it but it tasted like nothing. Definitely coming back though to try more of their menu.
