I haven't had the chance to try dinner yet, but the dim sum is quite good. The dishes are served promptly after you order. They offer some unique items, like 'tom yum' omasum and 'truffle' siu mai. The omasum tasted similar to other standard omasum dim sum dishes, but the truffle siu mai was a delightful addition. However, the tendon beef stomach dish was a bit of a letdown, as it only included one piece of stomach. The prices on the menu are generally average to slightly above average, but there's a 20% discount with free tea before 11 am and a 10% discount with free tea after 11 am, which helps with costs. Just a heads up about parking—make sure to use the lot in front of the restaurant, as the nearby lot isn't part of the plaza. There's an undercover parking attendant who watches closely and issues tickets!

The restaurant has been re-decorated to give it a more high end feel. First off, we had the Pan Fried Rice Rolls. We found the portion to be smaller in comparison with some other restaurants but the taste and texture was good.

They also did a great job with the stir-fried tong choy, which can be a challenging dish to get right. The service was good, and our waiter was quite attentive. Keep in mind that this is no longer the budget-friendly South Ocean Seafood, so you should anticipate significantly higher prices. However, if they have special deals on seafood, it's definitely worth taking advantage of!
