Ironically, that coworker was quite pleasant with the customers and unfortunately seemed to be under the taller waiter's supervision. When the third waiter brought me the credit card machine to process my payment, I overheard him suggest that I add a tip, which was truly unbelievable!

Additionally, avoid the #1 seafood dumpling (koon tong gao); the broth was bland, just salty, and the filling resembled a disappointing mix of flour and shrimp that didn’t capture the essence of authentic koon tong gao. But the taste made the wait worth it!
