Contribute FeedbackSome customers have had mixed experiences at this Richmond restaurant. While the breakfast may not always meet expectations, the late-night burgers with HP sauce seem to hit the mark. Service varies from slow and dirty to good and friendly, depending on the visit. Overall, the food is on par with the chain's reputation, making it a decent stop for a quick meal, especially if you're staying nearby. Despite some inconsistencies, those in need of a fast and affordable meal can still find satisfaction at this location, just steps away from the Hampton Inn.
I visit this place here and there when in Richmond. I purchased late night food as well as morning breakfast. I was in line as I waited for breakfast and noticed the man in front of me receiving his order not as he ordered it. I had the same issue when I got my breakfast. I asked for bacon, they gave me sausage, and the eggs were done badly. It was okay, but this only reinforces that you only get what you pay for. The breakfast was $5.49 so it was cheap as was the quality.I like the double burger and HP sauce on the Ultimate Bacon Cheese burger, but it seems that late at night, you are still not guaranteed it to be fast. I remember I timed the process and it took me 15 minutes to get my order with one man in front of me. I cannot say for sure, but I believe that if you go through the drive through, you will be given priority status over those inside the restaurant. The Internet (wireless) was terrible, and often malfunctioned, and I am very well versed with computers and network infrastructure. There were other times I went through and it only took 10 minutes. The fastest time so far that I received my food was late at night and I got it in five minutes. It's okay and will do in a pinch if you are starving.
Service is slow, place is dirty with staff talking rather then cleaning up. Food tasted old not fresh made and the oil must not have been changed for awhile, as it left an after taste.
The food was standard Burger King , what I did notice is that it wasn't that clean ,bits on the floor and the condiment counter was a mess ,looked if it hadn't had much attention payed to that counter, that day , I will look further away to eat next time it was a Wednesday about 4;30 pm
The food is what you expect from the chain, this location is good if you're on the way to the airport or staying nearby. Service is just okay and the two times we've been it's always seemed a little cluttered, garbage around and the beverage area, etc. never seem too clean or stocked.
This Burger King is located in the mall complex at the corners of Bridgeport & Number 3 Road and Sea Island Way & Sexsmith Road.My spouse and I went there around 2:00 PM before heading to Costco for shopping. There were a few people there but it was not really busy. There were 4 or 5 people waiting for their orders with one employee taking and filling orders. Not an ideal situation since I had to wait about 5 minutes to place my order even though everyone else had ordered.Once I paid the clerk didn’t even ask if I wanted my receipt and just threw it away. It’s a minor issue but it is the little things that add up to the overall experience. My spouse and I ordered Whoppers with cheese, fries and onion rings. The total price with a 2 for 1 whopper coupon still cost $11.98.I haven’t had a whopper for a long time. Nothing has changed – the burger tasted okay but I wish it was a little hotter. The service rates 2.5 out of 5 and the food rates 2.75 out of 5; both average but the service certainly could use a lot of improvement.Notes and Tips:• Lots of parking• There is a Starbucks in the mall complex.
