Some customers have had mixed experiences at this Richmond restaurant. While the breakfast may not always meet expectations, the late-night burgers with HP sauce seem to hit the mark. Service varies from slow and dirty to good and friendly, depending on the visit. Overall, the food is on par with the chain's reputation, making it a decent stop for a quick meal, especially if you're staying nearby. Despite some inconsistencies, those in need of a fast and affordable meal can still find satisfaction at this location, just steps away from the Hampton Inn.
This restaurant, which has received media attention, is now temporarily closed. We were served spoiled lettuce, tomatoes, and other items. This experience reflects poorly on BK Canada, now owned by Tim Hortons, and how they operate their franchises in Canada.
We stopped here for lunch and were happy with the impossible burgers. It's fast food and that is what it is. Don't expect anything more.
If you are hungry and in a hurry, this place works. I believe they have the Impossible Burger which is my favorite.
I tried the new Impossible Whoppers—two for myself and a family member—and we had an excellent experience. The wait time from ordering to preparation was reasonable, and the staff at the drive-thru were friendly. The food was hot, the fries were obviously fresh and crispy, and the drinks were cold and nicely carbonated. The burger itself was fantastic! I've had some bad fast food experiences before, so this one was surprisingly good. Keep up the great work, everyone! Thank you! I visited today, Saturday, May 8th, around 1:10 PM.
The taste of the flame-grilled food is fantastic! It's a great alternative to other franchise options. This location offers everything you'd expect from the menu. They have a drive-thru that's open 24/7, and there’s free surface parking available. #letsguide #covid
