There's this Fella that was tending the front counter when I went through, and he brought such a fantastic energy to the job, I can't stop thinking about the good vibes he was radiating. Didn't manage to catch his name, but his energy was like that of a hibachi chef, with the the exaggerated movements and all that. View all feedback.
What Abe Schuppe doesn't like about A&w Canada:
The restaurant had insufficient staff, with slow and poorly communicative front of house employees. After waiting for 40 minutes, they announced that they had run out of food options and only offered root beer or water to drink. The food was passable but not exceptional, and the kitchen appeared disorganized. I would recommend future customers to find a different place to dine. View all feedback.
We waited for 30 minutes for our food, as the workers seemed to be taking their time with no sense of urgency, despite a full restaurant with 20 people.

The bread was dry and hard as a rock. This was the worst burger I've ever had. They didn't have ketchup for the fries. Even giving them one star is too generous. The employees were incredibly rude when confronted about their lack of basic customer service. This restaurant clearly doesn't value their customers or their business.
There is a young guy who works here, the type is a legendary one. he has more enthusiasm for his job than any other in yvr, which is why I always choose a u0026w when I visit the airport vancouver. well done, bro?
