The meal was not great after waiting 2 hours and the customer service was not satisfactory. However, after speaking with higher management, the situation was rectified to my satisfactory.

The waiter took our order as we sat down but the food took over a hour to be plated as other tables continued to get their food before us. After speaking with management the situation was rectified.

Excellent Christmas decor and free valet parking with validati... read more First time going to TJ's Restaurant was on Christmas 2019 for dinner. We had reservations for 12. Excellent Christmas decor and free valet parking with validation. The food was okay after waiting over 2 hour for the order to be served. The waiter apparently had an issue with the kitchen staff and did not tell us that the meal would be so late ... not a good thing for him! After talking to the management, three different times, we were able to complete the experience with some positive feelings. Mr. McGee, one of the managers, was very understanding. I will probably try TJ"s Restaurant again in the future.
