TERRIBLE. Whatever shift worked 10/26 at 6pm, needs to be fired. I ordered delivery and they gave me whatever was left after the day, NOT what I ordered. The donut holes were STALE to the point they weren?t even edible. I immediately spit it out once Itasted it. And they gave me 1/2 of the donuts I ordered. The one donut, wasn't even the flavor I ordered.
It?s refreshing. Yummy, if you will. Do I dare say delicious? Yes.
Avoid ordering from the Dunkin' app for this location. I've attempted to order donuts and drinks a few times, and they are consistently out of items. During my most recent visit, they ran out of chai. While I was understanding and accepted a different drink, they ended up giving me something completely different from what I requested. The food quality is what you would expect from Dunkin', but the main point is to steer clear of app orders, and even in-person orders can be hit or miss.
Despite being constantly busy, the staff always maintain a fantastic attitude. As a former barista, I understand the chaos of handling numerous orders, so I truly appreciate their friendliness! Dunkin is my weekly pick-me-up; you all are basically holding my life together!
Dunkin' has a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere. They prepare everything quickly and efficiently, and the food tastes amazing. Additionally, there was an issue with two DoorDash drivers, but the employees managed it well and suggested solutions. Their menu is definitely worth exploring!
