The lobster tail wasn't hot, but I guess this day and time, restaurants have to be careful not to serve piping hot food..... too many potential lawsuit potentials out there.

Everything about my experience here was amazing, from the food, to the service, and at an amazing value. Food and service always meets our high expectations. Can definitely recommend the restaurant.

Wine and key lime pie were also great! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We will be back, hope soon!

We'd been to Buckheads a few times before and really enjoyed it, but this most recent... read more Went a few days after last Valentine's, and had a pretty poor experience. We'd been to Buckheads a few times before and really enjoyed it, but this most recent time was a comedy of errors. Started with the soups. The French onion soup was clearly microwaved. The cheese was rubbery and flavorless. The soup base itself was watery. I had a rib eye, partner had a filet with blue cheese. I could see that my ribeye was overcooked when it arrived, and it was. The filet was scorched both ordered medium rare, both arrived well done. Told our server, and the second filet was still overdone, and the ribeye was raw. Gave up on the filet, and they refired the ribeye to somewhere between medium and well. Absolutely flavorless. The potato cake was great, though. Our server did his best to remediate the situation, and one steak and one app were comped. Despite over $80 being comped from our meal, a manager didn't speak to us. Neither of us ate even half of our entree. It's very sad to have a place we loved disappoint us this way. Hopefully this was a one off, but we won't be taking the chance.
