They need more employees... The drive thru was empty and we stood in line inside for 10 mins without anyone greeting us or taking our order. There were four people in line behind us. And no one found it necessary to acknowledge we were waiting, even the View all feedback.
The people there are always rude!! I Doordash so I see a lot and they are just ridiculous to say the least
DO NOT like ordering from the kiosk instead of at the counter! Too difficult to find what we wanted.
Some of the tacos were still cold in the middle when they were brought out
The chicken chalupa I paid the upcharge for had about 3 small cubes of chicken on it!
Made a mobile order , attempted to switch protien as it wasnt an option on the app . Lady i spoke with declined but was polite. Older guy who confirmed the order was super rude even when j asked to do a seperate order and buy extra chicken as a side . Its free to be nice , but being rude costs you buisness. Mr. Dan i belive his name was shouldnt work with people let alone be in charge of them
