Pizza Hut - Richlands

Food was not right ordered a thin and crispy got a hand toss plus hair was in food have not went to this Pizza Hut in a while in Richlands N.C. When I did this happened that’s why I quit going for a while in first place now it happened again so I think I’m done with the Richlands Pizza Hut it’s sad cause I live there have to go to Jacksonville or beulaville to get Pizza Hut now sadParking: Not. Problem

I am definitely thankful for the customer service of the store manager, Brandon, and one of the store drivers, Jenasia. They both went above and beyond. After such a long day, I am just so touched that a little kindness goes such a long way.Thank you both

Pizza Hut now has a new answering service that when you call to place an order, you don't even get to talk to the Pizza Hut location. You are routed to a call center and can't even hardly understand the people you are speaking to. They take FOREVER to place your order. After my order was placed they refunded me AFTER I WAITED AN HOUR FOR MY FOOD. I called again, thinking it was an error somehow. About 10 minutes after placing the order they refunded me again. Total joke. Done with Pizza Hut

Buffalo milds wings were excellent. They were fresh, nicely cooked and the sauce won the 5 stars.
