For a new location, it's disappointing to experience leaking issues that cause water to drip onto the countertop and collect in a cup near the register. Additionally, employees often focus on the drive-thru, only addressing the register when a line forms, and even then, orders are not completed in the correct order. The team needs to improve task management and work more efficiently to prevent long queues from forming while they take their time. It's also concerning to see management joking around as both the lobby and drive-thru become backed up. Staffing shortages should never excuse ineffective, inefficient, or slow service.
I waited 20 minutes for just two cars to get through the drive-thru, with two more still ahead of me. I wasn’t prepared to wait another 20 minutes just for my coffee. Honestly, I could have brewed two or three pots in the time it took to serve those customers. This place is unbelievably frustrating! This isn’t my first bad experience, but it will be my last. You’re much better off going to the Coffee Co. across the street.
I enjoyed a large hot Vanilla Caramel Latte at Dunkin', and it was incredibly delicious! Dunkin' always delivers great taste. Whether you like hot or cold beverages, their entire menu is outstanding. Be sure to try the double chocolate donut paired with a side of bacon! Visit Dunkin' and explore their menu—you won't be disappointed!
It was quite busy when we went here and they handled everything so well, they were super nice to us and everyone else and were happy to fix any mistakes. I work at another Dunkin so I understand how hard it can be to keep cool when it gets busy, and theydid an awesome job. AND on top of all that the coffees tasted amazing, best I?ve had in a while
I love this location. I didn't catch their name, but thank you to the person at the drive thru today (10/22/22 around 1:00PM) who took the time to recommend me a drink and waited to see if I liked it. They really made my day and deserve a raise!
