Winco Foods - Richland

Cashier was very rude at self check out. I was almost done scanning when she moved me to a different cashier because i had too many items(I had 17 items, and the limit is 15). But she said it in a very rude way

Better winco than the kennewick one which is a little more crowded and has I feel less things in the produce section

Winco recently got all new shopping carts. They are larger and taller. I have a disabled friend and my mother, who have both been shopping at the store for over a decade can no longer shop at this store because the new carts are too tall to lean on while shopping around the store. The manager was informed, but it seems the best they could do was make you request someone go dig an old cart out of the back of the store when you got there and bring the cart back into customer service after getting your groceries out to your car. For some, grocery shopping was already a strenuous activity. The additional physical requirements this imposes are just not going to work for many. So sad.

I typically like Winco. Love their meat section. Prices have gone up , however I think they are still the most reasonable place in town. That being said their selection of items is sometimes limited. Overall a good experience.

Just don't go on Sunday after 11 or any day after 3
